clouds coming out from the sierra nevada are almost done. we have the combination of the two giving us a cloudy day. this low has been out there for three weeks. it's finally moving. it moved east yesterday. continuing to move east. still sending back in clouds. mostly cloudy. cool. and underneath that you get the westerly breeze. light rain, drizzle, coast bay. some big low considering it wasn't that strong for about a couple weeks ago. it picked up moisture. it's moving but still giving us a cloudy pattern. there is a westerly component. once that low goes through, i would expect it to turn more north westerly. we are seeing signs of that. it will still be a cool day. 50s on the temps. they seem to be stuck due to the low clouds and combination of the high clouds. one low moves out. another system coming in right here. we will still keep low clouds and drizzle on the coast. could be a few isolated showers and this evening this weak system comes in keeping the pattern cool. by tomorrow things will improve. so clouds, a lot of clouds. mostly
